On a Preset plan, no: each days × meals combination may exist once. Trying to add a second returns "A price for 5 days x 3 meals already exists for this plan. Edit that row instead." — click the existing row's price to change it.

On a Custom plan, yes: several bundles may share the same combination because each can carry a different per-category portion mix (for example 5×3 with large entrees vs 5×3 with small entrees). Each bundle is a separate row and is edited, hidden or deleted independently.
