Yes. Press Add New under the weekday as many times as needed; each row is an independent Start/End window. Windows are saved per weekday and sorted by start time when the customer's time picker is built, so any time between windows is disabled for the customer.

The only validation is that a window may not sit completely inside another window on the same day; if it does, saving fails with "The following hours are overlaping: …".
