Yes — there are Category and Supplier links in the report toolbar that switch how the list is grouped. In supplier mode, ingredients with no assigned supplier are bucketed under "No supplier"; in category mode (the default), uncategorized ingredients go under "No category." Either way the buckets are sorted alphabetically with the "none" bucket pinned first.
