Yes, through the admin Notifications settings in Client Config (tab Notifications):

1. Set Enable Notifications to Yes and keep Orders (created, paid, cancelled, refunded) in Enabled Notification Types.
2. Turn on Enable New Notifications Sound (optionally upload a custom Notifications Sound File; otherwise Sprwt's default chime plays), Enable New Notifications Side Popup and/or Enable New Notifications Side Popup On Mobile, or Enable System Notifications for browser-level alerts.

Once those are on, every admin page — including the Kitchen Display screen itself — keeps a live connection and, when a new paid order comes in (Real Time or otherwise), plays the sound, shows a side toast ("New Order" / "New Order Came In #<id>") linking to the order, and/or shows a browser notification. The KDS board itself doesn't automatically add the new order's card without a refresh, but the sound/popup alert plays right on the KDS screen — you don't need a second tab open for that.
