Yes. The Lead Forms (Email field needs to be mandatory) category lists each of your lead forms that has a required email field. Selecting a form targets every email address submitted through it (registered or not); in the Recipients Preview these show with Source: Lead Form. Because these are raw submissions, they are not filtered by a Receive Email flag – make sure the form asks for marketing consent. Forms without a mandatory email field are not listed.
