Not from the System Emails page - in the current version it only switches emails on and off; there is no built-in editor, and the preview feature is disabled in the code (even the super-admin-only preview endpoint is non-functional right now). The templates are standard Sprwt designs that automatically use your business details (logo, colours, name, phone, address, social links) so they already look branded.

If you need custom wording or a different design you have three routes:

1. Ask Sprwt support: a customised copy of any template can be installed for your account, and it then replaces the standard one automatically.
2. Use Sprwt Emails (Marketing module) to build flows on the same triggers with your own designed emails, and turn the standard email off.
3. Use Klaviyo flows on the events Sprwt sends (optionally starting from the Sprwt Default template pack), and turn the standard email off.
