Can I edit the Real Time hours or buffer from Client Config instead of the Settings page?
No. Realtime Available Hours and Realtime Buffer Time exist as hidden configuration values that are written only by the Real Time > Settings page; they are not shown on any Client Config tab. Use the Settings page.
