No. In the current version there is no clone/duplicate button on the Flows list or inside a flow – unlike email templates, which do have a clone option, campaigns have no such feature either. To reuse a sequence, open the flow you want to copy in one browser tab as a reference and manually rebuild the trigger and blocks in a new flow (click Create Flow), or recreate it starting from the same saved email template if one exists.
