There is no delete button — switch Is Active? off instead. An inactive reason moves to the Inactive tab of the list, stops being offered in the pause/cancel pop-ups, and is excluded from the Stats page (which only lists active reasons and computes percentages over them). The historical records that referenced it are kept on the individual subscriptions, so nothing is lost if you re-activate it later.
