There is no delete button on Kitchen Locations — the list only shows an ID, a Name, and a link to edit. Instead of deleting, you deactivate: open the kitchen, untick Is Active? and save. It moves to the Inactive tab, frees an active slot (accounts have a maximum number of active kitchen locations), disappears from the admin Kitchen selector and from the storefront, and its historical data stays intact. You can reactivate it later as long as you're under the active-location limit.
