By default customers get Sprwt's standard proposal layout (tabs for Proposal, Messages, Documents, contracts and Tasks). To change the look, open the proposal's Visual Builder tab, design the page with blocks or an AI-generated layout, and publish it — the customer page then renders your layout, with the action buttons (@btnAccept, @btnPay, etc.) wired to the same accept/sign/pay flows. Unpublishing returns the customer to the default layout. Contract signing, messaging and payments continue to work underneath either layout.
