Can I copy the POS Menu from one day (or one location) to another instead of building it from scratch?
Yes — the Menus screen has a Clone Menu action (also shown as "Clone this Menu"/"Clone" elsewhere on the page) that clones a chosen date range's menu to other kitchens/locations you select, and this works the same way for the POS menu type as it does for the other menu types.
