Yes — open the order in the Orders screen and tap Dismiss Notifications (shown alongside Issue Refund/Mark as Picked Up when that order still has an active notification). This just turns off the red notification indicator for that order; it does not change its delivery/pickup status or its payment status, so use Mark as Picked Up instead if you actually want to record that it was handed over.
