Yes. Imported transactions are editable like manual ones: click the Date or Amount cell inline, or open the pencil editor, and save — this requires the Edit Accounting Transactions permission. Be aware that if your bank later reports the same transaction as modified, the next background sync overwrites the date, amount and description with the bank's new version, and it also resets the category back to the default Uncategorized Income/Expense category and marks the transaction unreviewed again — so any category you had set on it is lost and needs to be re-applied. Deleting an imported transaction (via the trash/delete action) marks it deleted in Sprwt so it disappears from your lists; in practice it will not reappear unless the underlying bank record changes again.
