Not on one-off campaigns – the wizard has no CC/BCC fields. Flow Email blocks do have CC (separate by ;) and BCC (separate by ;) fields; every email sent by that step is copied to those addresses (useful for keeping a record of automated messages). Separate multiple addresses with semicolons; invalid entries are ignored.
