No. In the current version Real Time Settings only offers the Order Buffer Time (minimum lead time before the next available slot) and the Realtime Fulfilment Days / Times windows — there is no field to cap the number of orders, meals, or dollar amount accepted per time slot, and no throttling of how many orders can arrive back-to-back. (A separate "max orders per time slot" limit does exist for regular, non-Real-Time pickup/delivery slots, but the code explicitly skips days that use the Real Time or Catering modules, so it never applies to Real Time orders.) As long as an order's chosen time falls inside an open window and after the buffer, the customer can place it; your kitchen's real capacity has to be managed by adjusting the buffer time and hours, or by staff cancelling/rejecting orders on the KDS when overloaded.
