Press Waiting on the card and click Cancel Courier to open the cancel/refund modal, choose a refund method as usual, and confirm. This cancels the order in Sprwt the same way any other KDS cancellation does. In the current version this does not reliably notify Uber Direct to cancel the courier on Uber's side — the underlying code only tries to cancel the Uber delivery when the order's stored status is already "Finished," which normally cannot be true for an order still showing "Waiting" on the board, and it looks up the delivery using a field that is never populated when a courier is requested. If you need the courier itself stopped, cancel or check it directly in Uber's own system as well; there is no separate action that cancels only the courier while leaving the order active in Sprwt.
