Yes, if the store has the À la Carte (Meals by Unit) module on and "Show Order Button on View Menu Item Page" turned on. Each meal card on Current Menu then shows a small cart-icon button; clicking it opens the same quantity-selection popup used on the A la Carte page for that meal and delivery date, and adding it there puts it straight into your cart — you never have to navigate to the A la Carte page itself. If that setting is off, or A la Carte isn't enabled, cards on Current Menu are browse-only and clicking one just opens the meal's detail page.
