Yes. In Client Config > Notifications, keep SMS (received, failed) selected under Enabled Notification Types (it is on by default). Sprwt then raises an admin notification SMS Received ("From <number>: <first 80 characters>") whenever an inbound text is stored, and SMS Failed when the carrier reports a message as failed or undelivered. The SMS menu badge also counts customers with unread texts.
