Yes, when the POS module is enabled, Stripe is one of your payment gateways and the Stripe account keys are filled in, editing an existing (already saved) location shows a Stripe Readers table (ID, Label, Device Type, Status, Action). Click + Add New, enter the reader's Registration Code and a Label, plus the reader's street address, city, state, postal code and country code (skipped if the location already has a linked Stripe location), then Add Reader. Readers can later be disconnected from the same table.
