Yes — the payment screen shows a tip picker with No Tip, a row of preset amounts, and an Other option (type any amount). The presets are driven by two Client Config settings shared with the rest of checkout, both on the Business: Cart tab: "Tips - Type (Percentage, Fixed Amount)" and "Tips - Values (Separated by '|' Ex: 10.20|20|30 )" (default 5|10|15|20). Whichever tip is selected is saved to the order immediately, before you pick a payment method.
