Yes. It's not on the My Profile card itself — instead, open the left-hand navigation menu, click the small avatar/camera icon at the top, and choose an image. It uploads and updates your avatar automatically as soon as you pick the file (no separate Save step), and the same photo appears in that nav menu going forward.
