The Employee Dashboard shows a Request a schedule change card that mentions swaps and time off, but in the current version it simply links to the Open Shifts page, and the request system only covers open shifts that managers post. There is no dedicated time-off or swap request form. Handle time off by editing or removing the employee's shifts on the Schedule, and handle a swap by posting the shift as an open shift so a colleague can sign up.
