On their order page (reached from Order History), customers see the order time and, once your kitchen requests an Uber courier, a Track Order link that opens Uber's live tracking page along with an "Estimated delivery" or "Delivered" note. In the current version the page does not show the kitchen's internal cooking status (New/Processing/Ready/Waiting/Finished) — that stays inside the KDS only.
