Yes, if you're on the Base/Pro/Enterprise plan, or you have the Meal Modifiers module with its Modifiers Settings set to "Recipe Swaps" or "Notes & Recipe Swaps" — each catering meal's ingredients are checked against the meal's default catering portion for allowed swaps and any active ingredient-swap rules, and a swap count is exposed per portion so the ordering UI can show swap options to the customer.
