CMB: Allow Customers to Modify Quantity of a specific Pack (Yes by default) shows a Choose your quantity stepper on each custom meal, so the same build can be ordered several times — the cart multiplies it; set to No and the quantity is forced to 1. CMB: Allow Customers to Create Multiple Packs in one a Single Order (Yes by default) shows a Delete button on each custom meal so extra ones can be removed; in the current version it does not hide the Add another button — that stays visible either way, so setting this to No only removes the delete option, it doesn't stop customers from adding more custom meals.
