Yes, in two ways. The Past Shifts table on the Employee Dashboard shows each past shift's clock-in/out times, hours worked and breaks. For totals, estimated wages and exports the employee needs the List Employees Timesheets permission to open HR Tools > HR > Timesheets; note that page shows every employee, not just their own row.
