Yes, on the onboarding wizard's kitchen-basics step. AI-suggested meal categories (types), diet categories and sub-recipe kitchen groups are generated from the business name and description you entered on the Your business step – fill that in first or you'll see Fill in your business name and description on the Your business step first. The AI is told which meal/diet categories you already have so it won't repeat those (existing sub-recipe kitchen groups aren't checked the same way, so a suggested group name could in theory duplicate one you already use), and returns up to 5 suggestions in each of the three groups, each under 24 characters. Tick the ones you want and use the same Create action as the fixed starter list to actually add them – nothing is created just by generating suggestions. This call is billed as a normal AI Wallet text generation (no free-attempt allowance like the menu draft has).
