No. A proposal template stores only its name, sub-title, active status and three kinds of lines: meals with portions, labor & equipment, and invoice items. Delivery method, venue, event date and times, customer, notes, payment terms, contract and sales agent are all entered on the proposal after you click Use this Template. Recurring events with a fixed customer and schedule are handled by Catering > Proposal Settings > Recurring instead.
