Yes. Each member has their own allergens, dislikes and diet preferences, set in the Allergens, Dislikes & Diet Preferences step of the member wizard (or edit dialog). The step only appears when the corresponding profile options are enabled in Client Config (show allergens / dislikes on profile requires the Allergens & Dislikes module; Diet Preferences requires the profile categories option). Saving a section that is disabled returns Action not allowed!. Admins can also edit these on the member's own customer profile. Meal recommendations and filtering for that member use the member's preferences, not the manager's.
