With the Proposals module active: switch on Link to Proposals? in the form's settings, then on each relevant question choose Link to A Proposals Field — available fields include Event's Name, Delivery Date, Event Time, Number Of Guests, Notes, Delivery Method, Street Address (and Address #2, City, State, Zip, Gate Code), Delivery Time, Phone, and Customer First/Last Name/Email/Phone. Submissions of that form then appear as leads in the Proposals area with those fields pre-filled, ready to be converted into a proposal. The form list shows a Linked to Proposals column.
