Yes — the store can create auto-apply coupons that attach themselves to your cart automatically once your subtotal qualifies, without you entering any code, as long as you don't already have any coupon on the cart (manual or auto-applied) and you otherwise pass the same eligibility checks (module match, unique-per-user, membership, first-checkout-only, minimum spend).
