A member sees "Your account manager didn't gave you permission to access this page". What should they do?
This page appears when a member opens something their manager has not allowed:
- My Subscription page — the manager turned off Member can manage their subscription.
- Subscription plan page — the manager pays and Member is allowed to checkout in Weekly Subscription is off.
- Meal-selection page — the manager pays, Member can select included meals is off and Member is allowed to checkout in Weekly Subscriptions is off.
The manager can change these switches in Dashboard > Members > Edit member > Subscription Settings, or an admin can on the member's profile Members tab. The manager can always perform the action for the member instead.
