No — there's no PO-number field or invoicing option. Catering is paid the same way as any order (card, or marked cash/check at checkout). For larger events, you may be offered a deposit ("Pay Later" for a percentage now), with the remaining balance automatically charged to your card on file closer to the event — that's auto-charge-on-file, not a mailed invoice.
