# How to create labor and equipment for proposals

Do you provide sit-down catering services to your clients and are looking for a way to charge for these services on your proposals and invoices. With Sprwt's proposal system you can do this easily.

To get started  go to **admin dashboard > events > labor & equipment** and click the add new expense button then follow the steps below.

Select the expense category: Labor or Equipment
Name the expense

__**Labor**__
* Enter how much you charge per hour for the expense
* Enter how much it costs you per hour for the expense
* Enter what the minimum persons needed for this expense (this is for Online Ordering)
* Enter what the minimum hours needed for this expense (this is for Online Ordering)

__**Equipment**__
* Enter how much you charge per hour for the expense
* Enter how much it costs you per hour for the expense
* Enter what the minimum quantity needed for this expense (this is for Online Ordering)
